Absolutely! If an accessory is out of stock, you can place a special order through our website or by visiting the store. We'll notify you once the accessory is back in stock, and you can choose to pick it up in-store or have it shipped to your address. For any reason, ZERATI LLC disclaims all liability for any loss or damage to your wristwatch. At our Swiss production, ZERATI products go through several inspection stages before undergoing a final internal inspection and pairing procedure. It has been confirmed that the product you will receive is flawless and perfect. Every ZERATI strap has been precisely calibrated to install the intended watch with ease and simplicity. You most likely have the incorrect model for your watch if you have trouble attaching the strap. Get in touch with us right now to fix the problem. Please make sure that your straps are installed correctly or have an expert in watches or jewelry do it for you. A damaged strap will not be accepted by us.

Return/Exchange Policy Summary

We accept Returns/Exchanges for unused products within Seven Business Days of delivery. To request, contact us in writing at info@zerati.ae . A $20.00 Return Fee per order covers credit card fees, shipping, and packaging losses but not shipping charges. Refunds, processed via the original payment method, exclude original shipping charges. For UAE orders with free Ground shipping, the Ground Shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

Caution: Never refuse UPS/DHL/FEDEX delivery, as Return Service fees are high. Use an alternative, cost-effective return method with insurance to avoid customer responsibility for lost packages.

There are no flaws or discrepancies in the finished product finishes since all ZERATI straps are subject to strict quality control.
